Road to 25

To mark OpenRoad’s 25th anniversary in 2025, we invite community and business partners to join us in the Road to 25 Community Event Series. Through Road to 25, Collaborators will have the opportunity to co-create one of twenty-five memorable experiential events at select OpenRoad dealership locations across BC and Ontario.

Partners who align with OpenRoad dealership brand lifestyles and meet our selection criteria are encouraged to apply for one of 25 event grants, ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.

Let's Celebrate!

Road to 25 celebrates the communities and business partners who have supported OpenRoad’s growth over the past 25 years. This unique experiential program aims to foster community engagement, inspire creativity, provide educational opportunities, and enrich lives through arts and culture.

Event grant amounts will be pre-determined based on the nature and scope of the proposed event. The three categories of Road to 25 Collaborators and the grant amounts are as follows:

Blue Collaborator

Silver Collaborator

Proposed events must take place between May 2025 and October 2025.

Are You Ready to Collaborate?

To qualify as one of twenty-five Road to 25 Collaborators, an organization must meet all of the following criteria:

✔ Your organization operates within the Greater Vancouver region and/or Greater Toronto regions

✔ Your organization’s brand aligns with at least one of the OpenRoad dealership brands and its lifestyle

✔ Your proposed event must be held at an OpenRoad dealership location in BC or Ontario

✔ The proposed event date must fall between May 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025

✔ The purpose of the proposed event should focus on at least one of the following: introducing unique limited-release products, fostering community engagement, sparking creativity, creating educational opportunities, or enriching attendees’ lives through arts and culture

✔ Your organization has the resources to assume full responsibility for planning, managing, and executing the proposed event

✔ Your organization agrees to co-promote the event in partnership with the hosting OpenRoad dealership location

Important Dates

January 1 - February 15, 2025
Submissions open for Road to 25 Collaboration requests. Submit your event proposals here.

March 16 - 31, 2025
Selected organizations will be notified and announced.

April 2025
Calendar of events released.

May - October 2025
Road to 25 Program ongoing at various OpenRoad locations in BC and Ontario.

Notification and Acceptance

Submissions for Road to 25 event grants will be reviewed and considered by a Selection Committee, which includes representatives from OpenRoad Group.

Selected organizations will be notified in March 2025. Upon receiving notification of selection, recipients must sign and return the Partnership Agreement to confirm their acceptance as a Road to 25 Collaborator and their agreement to the pre-determined event grant amount and terms of partnership. Grant amounts are non-negotiable.

The event grant will be payable upon completion of the proposed event, following the submission of the required invoice documentation by the Collaborator.
